European recognition

On the 19th of June 1999 in Bologna, thirty European ministers of education issued a 'Joint declaration of the European Ministers of Education'. This so-called declaration of Bologna and related documents are to be found at the web-site of the European University Association. According to this declaration universities in many European countries strive to unify their higher education programs around the bachelor and master structure. In the Netherlands this is implemented in a 3 year Bachelor and 2 year Master program. This universal structure results in a European recognition of the BioMedical Physics Master program. We therefore invite students that fulfill the entrance requirements to consider to study in Amsterdam.
